Check out some incredible improvisation for Eddie Van Halen in the clip below, taken from the live concert home video release, Live Without a Net .

Recorded in New Haven, CT at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in August 1986, and released the following year, Live Without a Net was shot during Van Halen’s first tour with lead singer Sammy Hagar and ushered in a new era for the band.
